Tutagora HR ("we", "our", "us") is a human resources management platform operated by Tutagora. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service").
When you sign in using Google OAuth or email/password, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture (if provided by Google). This information is used to create and manage your account.
Your employer or HR administrator may enter employment-related data including your job title, department, employment dates, salary information, leave balances, performance evaluations, and other HR records. This data is managed by your organization.
If you use the self check-in feature, we collect your precise GPS location at the moment you check in or check out. This is used solely to verify that you are within your office's geofenced area. We do not track your location continuously or in the background. Location access requires your explicit permission and can be revoked at any time through your device settings.
You may upload documents such as leave evidence, identification documents, or other files. These are stored securely and accessible only to you and authorized administrators within your organization.
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Service, including managing attendance records, processing leave requests, generating payroll reports, facilitating performance reviews, and enabling organizational management. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). Access to your data is controlled through row-level security policies that ensure you can only access data belonging to your organization.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., Google for authentication, Supabase for data storage). Your HR data is accessible to authorized administrators within your organization as part of normal HR operations.
You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and withdraw consent for location tracking. To exercise these rights, contact your HR administrator or email us at support@tutagora.com.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you request account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements your employer may have.
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
